What is Logbook servicing?

Logbook servicing is the set maintenance schedule and repairs set out by the manufacture to retain warranty however this isn’t everything that may require doing depending on driving conditions.

Will my warranty cover my car repairs?

Warranty is provided by the dealership and warranty repairs and recalls can only be carried out by the dealership

To maintain my warranty, do I have to use my dealer for scheduled maintenance and repairs?

You do not have to use your dealer for scheduled maintenance and repairs. However, to retain warranty with your dealer the logbook services schedule will have to be followed and logbooks filled out correctly. Even if you haven’t reached the designated kilometres the dealers set time frame ie. 6 months intervals will still have to be adhered to.
